1. Rental Agreement
1.1 By renting an electric bike from “EVURBO”, you enter into a rental agreement with us, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1.2 The rental agreement is binding upon both parties: the renter (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the customer”) and “EVURBO [TRKY ENERGIES PVT. LTD]”.
2. Rental Eligibility
2.1 To rent an electric bike, you must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 You must possess a valid driver’s license and any other government-issued identification as per local regulations.
3. Rental Period
3.1 The rental period commences upon the pickup and delivery of the electric bike and ends upon its return to our designated location (In case of weekly/Monthly plans, will be considered for rental from the Day it is picked.
3.2 The rental duration may be extended upon request At least 3 hours before , subject to availability and additional charges based upon the vehicle Brand & Price.
4. Rental Fees and Charges
4.1 The rental fees are calculated based on the duration of the rental period ,Vehicle Brand and any additional services availed, such as accessories or delivery.
4.2 Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, loss of equipment, or any violations of the terms outlined herein.
5. Security Deposit
5.1 A security deposit of ₹ 1,500 – ₹ 5,000 (Based upon the Vehicle Brand) is required at the time of rental to cover any potential damages or losses incurred during the rental period.
5.2 The security deposit will be refunded after upon the satisfactory return of the electric bike, subject to inspection.
6. Rental Conditions
6.1 The electric bike must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and local traffic laws.
6.2 The customer is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the electric bike during the rental period.
6.3 The electric bike must be returned in the same condition as it was received to the customer.
7. Liability
7.1 “EVURBO [TRKY ENERGIES PVT. LTD]” shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of our electric bikes.
7.2 Renters are responsible for any damage to the bikes. Renters are liable for the full replacement cost of the bike be lost or stolen. In the unfortunate event of a stolen bike, it is your responsibility to report this to the police & provide a copy of the declaration given at the police station to us.
7.3 The customer is the full responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from their use of the electric bike.
8. Reservation and Cancellation
8.1 Reservations are subject to availability and may be made in advance through our website, Mobile App or by contacting us directly.
8.2 Cancellations made within a specified timeframe may be eligible for a refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
9. Repair & Problems during Rental
At “EVURBO”, we strive to provide you with a seamless rental experience. However, in the event of any issues or repairs needed during your rental period, please refer to the following guidelines:
9.1 Reporting Problems
9.1.1 If you encounter any problems or malfunctions with the electric bike during your rental period, please contact our customer support team immediately at “Coonect@evurbo.com”.
9.1.2 It is essential to report any issues promptly to ensure timely assistance and resolution.
9.2 Troubleshooting
9.2.1 Our customer support team will guide you through basic troubleshooting steps to determine the nature of the problem.
9.2.2 In some cases, minor issues can be resolved over the phone or through simple adjustments.
9.3 Repair Assistance
9.3.1 If the problem cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will arrange for repair assistance as soon as possible.
9.3.2 Depending on the nature of the issue, repair assistance may be provided on-site or at a designated repair facility.
9.4 Replacement
9.4.1 In cases where the electric bike cannot be repaired promptly, we will provide a replacement bike, subject to availability.
9.4.2 Replacement bikes will be of similar specifications and functionality to ensure minimal disruption to your rental experience.
9.5 Customer Responsibilities
9.5.1 As a customer, you are responsible for notifying us promptly of any damages, malfunctions, or problems encountered during your rental period.
9.5.2 You must refrain from attempting to repair the electric bike yourself or using it in a compromised condition, as this may result in further damage or safety hazards.
9.6. Billing for Repairs
6.1 Customers may be billed for repair costs resulting from damages caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of the rental agreement terms and conditions.
6.2 Repair charges will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and the cost of replacement parts and labor.
9.7 Emergency Situations
9.7.1 In the event of an emergency or if the electric bike becomes inoperable, please ensure your safety and secure the bike before seeking assistance.
9.7.2 Contact emergency services if necessary, and inform our customer support team of the situation as soon as possible.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
